Working together is one of the greatest benefits for members of the Rotary Club of Petaluma.  Due to the Shelter in Place order during the Covid 19 Pandemic, President Elias Husary has led the club on 12+ weekly Zoom meetings.  It's been a highlight of our weeks to log in and see our fellow Rotarians safely at home.   It's a behind the scenes look at our homes too.  One of the best parts of meeting via Zoom has been our guests, former members and family members joining in the fun.
Its has been a brave new world for all of us since the Shelter in Place order on March 15 here in Petaluma.  Our first few weeks of isolation were busy for President Elias Husary who picked up the phone and started checking up on his members.  He connected with board members to identify areas of need within the club and our Petaluma community.

Before long, a few members were driving around picking up bags of groceries for families in need.  Elias sent links for members to sign up for a local blood drive.

Soon, it was time to gather the club members and meet virtually via Zoom.  It was a huge success.
