Aseem Das, Founder & CEO – From its beginnings as a non-profit in 2004, Aseem has been responsible for managing World Centric while honoring his vision of using business to create social and environmental impact.   He is passionate about social and environmental issues and how our daily consumption decisions impact the world around us.   Aseem is also a strong believer that businesses should function and exist for the greater good of people and planet.  World Centric is an attempt at achieving that vision of a for-profit organization working towards the greater good.  Before founding World Centric, Aseem worked for over 15 years as a software developer in the area of enterprise application software, knowledge-based systems and user interfaces. He has worked for NASA, Boeing, Tibco, Erasmus University and Vertical Net.  He holds a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Oregon and a B.S. in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University.
