Nancy DeLorenzo is the owner of the Wild Goat Bistro in Petaluma and has been for the past 10 years. She has a vast array of knowledge in food and beverage management, retail merchandizing, operations and customer service.
Prior to the Wild Goat Bistro, Nancy was the Assistant General Manager for Grafitti Restaurant and California Pizza Kitchen in Petaluma and the General Manager for AG Ferrari Foods in Corte Madera, Zodiac Restaurant in Newport Beach, and Bullocks – B Café in Costa Mesa, CA. While working as the GM at these restaurants, she was able to decrease food costs while increasing sales volume.
Nancy has a fabulous ability to identify business needs, maintain high service standards, all the while remaining calm under pressure. Most of her staff at the Goat have been with her from the inception of the restaurant.
Nancy attended Valley College and studied Restaurant and Hotel Management and has taken numerous cooking courses, management and development courses
