Peggy Flynn brings strong leadership skills and extensive municipal management experience to the position. Her professional portfolio includes stints with the City of Novato (where she was Assistant City Manager), the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District, the Santa Clara Valley Water District, and the San Jose Redevelopment Agency.
