Jim Cain, season ticket sales manager and broadcaster with the Worcester Red Sox, spoke to the club today about building the new park in Worcester that is slated to open in April 2021 for the Worcester Red Sox.
Above the center field wall, Polar Beverages will have a large can perched and each time the WooSox hit a home run, the can will open and bubble will fizz! There will be two areas for children. A Kid Zone in center field will have a wiffle ball field and another Kid Zone will be behind the left field scoreboard.
He also told members that the WooSox are starting to sell season tickets for the stadium in the city’s Canal District.
