FRIDAY NIGHT AT THE FIGHTS

Two boxers go at it at our annual fund raising event, "Friday Night At The Fights, held in the Elks hall in Billerica. Attendees enjoyed a catered meal and watched twelve three round boxing matches where male and female pugilists from Massachusetts and Connecticut competed.
Club members sold a variety of raffle tickets which helped raise money to support our club's many charitable activities.
Hot dogs, popcorn and cold drinks were available for the boxers and their families to purchase at reasonable prices. Shown above are club members Sue Stewart (l), Jeff Wisnia (r) and Jeff's wife Judith who staffed this food table located near where the boxers were congregated and warming up.
