Portage la Prairie Rotary will be holding a sale starting Wednesday. (JUNE 8, 2011)
The used book, magazine, CD and movie sale runs from June 8 to 12 at Portage Mall.
The event takes place between 1 pm and 8 pm Wednesday to Friday; Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 4 pm.
Bargain tables will feature hard and soft cover books from 50 cents
to $1; soft cover books from $1 to $3; hard cover books from $2 to $5;
magazines from 25 cents each or 12 for $2; VHS movies $1 to $3; DVD
movies $3 to $5; music CDs from $1 to $3.
Sunday is half- price day for the sale.
Donations are still being accepted for the sale, so anyone wanting to make a contribution is invited to drop off their items.
Please note that old textbooks, encyclopedias, computer tutorials or news magazines are not accepted.
