INCENTIVES FOR EARLY REGISTRATION AND FIRST TIME CONFERENCE ATTENDEES -
- Club with the highest per capita percentage of active club member paid registrants received by March 15th will be awarded a private Friday pre-dinner reception with the RI President’s Rep, District Governor and distinguished VIPs.
- Active Rotarians who are first time conference attendees and registered by May 9th will be automatically entered into a drawing for an iPod give-away.

Definitions:- Member: person who is an active Rotarian
- Partner/Guest: person accompanying Rotarian ‘Member’ conference attendee and is also registered for the conference.
- Non-registered Guest: a non-Rotarian (usually a spouse/partner/child) who will not attend and will not register for the conference.
