The Club will be meeting via Zoom until social distancing requirements are relaxed. If you feel comfortable, please invite another Rotarian to visit your home for Club Zoom meetings.
 
1st Monday: Zoom ‘Fireside’ Service Committee meetings. Organised by Chairs. Zoom moderators: MK; RN & DH
 
2nd Monday: Zoom ‘Themed’ Club meeting (7.00pm-7.45pm) /Club Administration Zoom meeting TBA as needed.
 
3rd Monday: No Club Meeting but a Zoom Online Board Meeting (7.00pm-8.30pm)
 
4th Monday: Zoom Club Assembly* (7.00pm-8.00pm) with Board Chairs & Secretary to report to the club.
 
5th Monday: Social Evening via Zoom or gathering outside somewhere.
 
Membership focus: Potential new members can join in Zoom Fireside meetings to get to know other
Rotarians and to provide opportunities to involve them in planning/events and to learn about Rotary.
 
Overall aim is to set up a Satellite Club with new members who are welcome to participate in general meetings as well.
 
* Guest speaker/program activity to be planned according to Rotary’s Areas of Focus.
 
Chairperson duties: Contact the guest speaker one week before attending the Zoom meeting to check arrangements. Introduce the guest speaker and the topic to be presented. Small gift presentation to be made by Chairperson & President to the Guest Speaker (if they are meeting face-to-face in a private home).
