The year was 2007 -08. The Rotary International President was the Rotary Club of Trenton's very own Wilf Wilkinson (pictured here on the right) and the Chair of the Trustees of The Rotary Foundation, that same year, was the Rotary Club of Cobourg's very own Dr. Bob Scott (pictured here on the left).
Dr Bob Scott was addressing the Trenton Rotary Club recently with an update on PolioPlus, Rotary's program to eradicate polio from the world. Dr. Bob Scott is also the Past Chair of Rotary International's PolioPlus Committee.
Ah yes, we remember it well. Well done to these two dedicated Rotarians, from Canada, and from right here in District 7070.
