Youth Exchange - IB/OB Student Orientation

This youth exchange event is the final organized meeting prior to outbounds departures in August. Each outbound student MUST be accompanied by at least one parent. This fun filled weekend reconnects inbound and outbound students and is an opportunity for outbounds and their parents to ask questions and finalize exchange details.
An agenda will follow, however, general guidlines are as follows:
- 9:00 - 9:15 a.m. YE students and parents meet at Ruth Clark centre
- 9:30 - Program begins
- noon - Lunch
- 2:00 p.m. Parents program complete - they depart
- Afternnon program and Students transported for dinner and billeting
- Sunday - trip to Peterborough lift locks
- 4:15 p.m. Students picked up at Tim Hortons Hwy 401 & Hwy 28 parking lot (north east corner)
THE ABOVE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
This is a compulsory meeting for all inbound and outbound exchange students. At least one parent of each outbound student must attend Saturday morning.
