Youth Exchange - Inbound Student Orientation

District 7070 Youth Exchange Students inboud from countries around the world unite for the first time. This orientation session is designed to bring students, host families and Youth Exchange Officers (YEO's) through information awareness sessions to ensure a safe and successful exchange year.
If you are your clubs Youth Exchange Officer (YEO), a host family member or an exchange student. This session is for you.
Mandatory attendance for inbound youth exchange students.
Where: National Airforce Museum in Trenton.
When: 10:00 a.m.
Coffee and treats will be available. Lunch will be served. YEO and host families are encouraged to stay for lunch and join us for an evening social, BBQ and swim at the home of Rotarian Grant Southwell, however their portion of the event is complete as of lunch time.
IB Students will be billeted trough the Rotary Club of Trenton and finish the orientation on Sunday with a guided tour, behind the scens of the Airfoce base.
Students dress casually but wear your blazers and please bring:
- Bathing suit
- Beach towel
- Sleep wear
- Change of clothes
- Personal toiletries
Students must be picked up at 12:30 p.m. Sunday September 9th at the Nation Airforce Museum (Students will require lunch as lunch will not be served on Sunday)
