DICTIONARY DAYS

Third grade students at Burlington's Memorial School getting their first look at the dictionaries given to them by our club. They are all looking to see who can be first to find a word relating to Rotary's services to the community. Our club will be giving dictionaries to third graders in three other Burlington public schools in the next few days. Our club has been providing Dictionaries to every Public School third grade student since this event was begun by Past President Rick Karwan in 2004. Since his passing we have named this program the Rick Karwan Memorial Dictionary program.
