MPP Rickford and a representative for the Ontario Trillium Foundation, will attend the launch and will formally present the Rotary Club of Kenora and the City of Kenora with a plaque to mark the Splash Park completion as a result of receiving a grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation in 2018.
