The Rotary Club of Kenora is proud to be hosting a second season of Zoom stand-up comedy nights, beginning Friday, Nov. 12 at 8 pm CT. There are three shows planned as a great way to get friends and family together from virtually ANYWHERE and have a laugh.
Punchlines & Popcorn will also include shows Jan. 14 and Feb. 4. This is a great way to gather in small groups and with the use of technology and your support have a ‘fun’draiser to support Rotary’s continuous efforts to help those in need.

Our Nov. 12 show features Big Daddy Tazz and Allyson June Smith, two seasoned performers of Comedy Now specials, Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and more, who promise a great night of entertainment. (It is $25/screen for the Nov. 12 show.) Performers for the second two shows will be announced at the Nov. 12 show.
2) Bring others out to the show! Have them in for dinner and the show. Promote the event through social media (visit the Rotary Club of Kenora’s event page and click on ‘Going’ or ‘Interested’ and others will ‘hear’ this from Facebook; AND ‘Share’ it on your newsfeed on Facebook to continue spreading the word. Take the time to call as not everyone is going to see our Facebook posts or log onto our club’s website and the personal ask sells tickets.
