The Canadian Ripple Effect Committee Celebrates 10 year Anniversary!At the 2009 District 5550 Conference, an agreement was signed making the Ripple Effect Program District 5550's signature World Community Service Program. The Canadian Ripple Effect Committee was formed to manage the Ripple Effect Program, and the members pictured have been members of the committee since that time:
