8. Committee Reports:
   a. Catch The Big One – The meeting was somewhat rushed so this was shelved. The information will be sent with these minutes.
   b. Ticket perforations – This had been dealt with so the item was not discussed.
   c. Sellers – Sellers for the Grub Box and No Frills were set.
   d. Changing CTBO Game rules – I was suggested that the club consider running the game over a two week period instead of the current one week. Currently we need to print tickets for  the next draw before the previous draw has been done. This means very soon we will be printing tickets that we will not use due to the ace being found. The cost of printing will be a $600 loss at 2 000 tickets printed. Advantage/disadvantages of both keeping the cycle as is and switching to the proposed 2 week cycle were mentioned. The issue was put to a vote and it was decided that we would be moving to a two week cycle. Don Dunnigan will approach lotteries to ask for their approval. Specifics about this will be looked at later.
 9. Board of Directors Report: Board meetings were scheduled at this gathering but those meetings will be cancelled if there is nothing to discuss.

11. New Business: Val Berscheid mentioned the Opasquia Agricultural Society is bringing speaker Ian Hill to town. The presentation will about addressing the challenges of  declining numbers and aging membership faced by service groups such as ours. The presentation is on Oct 5 though I cannot recall where or what time. Val suggested  that those interested  in attending register as soon as possible
