10. Unfinished Business:
a. Fish Fry discussion – Postive compliments about the food and overall experience. Changes to liquor purchase will come out later. Suggestion to
use a door prize to track tickets as around 135 were sold but 129 were collected at the door. Apologies were offered for messing up the tea,
coffee and the dessert service. Pictures will be posted. Maybe an official photographer should be designated for each event. A rough initial financial
breakdown was provided. It was noticed that many people left the event after the dinner was done and the music started. Tables were collapsed and chairs
gathered if a table was empty. This made those who were staying feel they were not welcome. This should be addressed. Enlist the help of those staying
to help move empty tables to the back also making room for a dance floor. Standardize the place setting for next year. Dessert forks with the place
setting. Wine glasses handed out as people order wine. I asked about the need to clean up after the meeting. Apparently this is stated in the contract
and is dependent on what is happening the next day.
