8. Committee Reports:
a. Catch The Big One. David Patenaude’s name was drawn today, and he won $633 by choosing #25. The game continues, and the winning prize for the Ace of Spades is now $32,592.

10. New Business :
a. Inukshuk: Robin mentioned that Jim Coyne had suggested that the Inukshuk should be moved to the north side of the tracks off 3rd Street, and make a marker of it. Keith Paquette supports this move.
b. Outdoor Rink: Kent will check on getting ice on the outdoor rink, but also noted a clean up will be necessary, there are a lot of needles around the area.
11. Unfinished Business :
a. Future meetings – A decision on meeting location will need to be made soon – if not today, then by the meeting of November 5, 2024. UCN was discussed, but this probably is not the best option, Senior’s Centre, $125/meeting plus meals ($20/per), Museum and Metis Hall were also discussed. Pete will check with the Metis Hall. Gary raised who thought we should be paying for our meeting room, loyalty counts for something. Doug also mentioned that Evans Premachuk has contributed a lot to the Rotary Club of The Pas. Gerry reminded the Club that storage is important as well.
b. Movember – Members are invited to participate with the “Rotary Team”.

c. Grant Certification seminars – Monica and Don McKay will be taking this seminar. Others are invited to sign up if they are interested.

d. Ally Buck’s email about our Shelter Box referenced graphics that could be
printed and files that can be printed on a 3D printer to make our
own miniature. Once Don McKay has these files, we can
pursue prices of printing the graphics and 3D printing the miniature.
e. Fish Fry 2024 – Don McKay will provide the final tally once available so that this information can be passed along for next year’s planning.
g. Meals on Wheels in November – schedule is filled, but if any other Rotarians wish to assist by joining anyone who is on their own, they are welcome to do so.
