      a. MBCI Safe Grad Breakfast – Gary Morrish was officially given charge of this. Contact
Information for the chairs of this year’s Grad committee was shared. The chairs had asked
previously how many the club prepares service for? Gary estimated with grads and guests
around 180 are planned for. However as this happens between 4 and 6 in the wee hours of the
morning, some do not actually make to the meal.
       b. UCN Roteract club – Don 3 to contact UCN admin about starting a club.
       c. Getting to know one another – Only one person has submitted anything. Come on people.
This will be fun. Don 3 admitted he was not the one who has submitted something.
       d. Use of OWL – (385) Is the Meeting Owl the Solution to Hybrid Meeting? - YouTube It was mentioned
last week that an OWL might enable people who are unable to make the meeting in person to
attend virtually. The club watched the video linked above about the OWL unit to see how it
worked. It was decided to see if we could access one of these to try. Don 3 will survey the
membership to see if the use of an OWL would allow some members to attend that otherwise
cannot.
       e. Social Meeting – We will restart this discussion in the fall
       f. Lobster Drive by pick up – Lobster prices have dropped so the possibility of the Lobster
Drive by was raised. Discussion brought up the point that shipping would still make this cost
prohibitive. It was noted that prices usually drop as the year progresses. The price will be
monitored so we can consider this again in the future
