As the presentation has a length of about ½ hour without questions we will have a
shortened meeting on this day.
b. Trade Show - Friday, May 8 to May 10 Sent email saying we are willing to run the
admission booth. I asked if we need to pay for a $100 table in the lobby if we are
selling CTBO tickets there and the number of people required to staff each “shift”. I
am awaiting a response. A suggestion was made to sell lobster drive by tickets at this
as well but I have not asked about this yet. Once staffing is known a sign-up schedule
will be set drafted if we are the chosen group!
