happened on Thursday and Friday of last week.
10. Unfinished Business:
    a. Evening meeting – The board meeting is to take place on this day as per the approved
motion. I would prefer the April board meeting to be on the 22 so I have a chance to
figure out what has been going on. Also I would like the date of the evening meeting
to be a regularly scheduled day. Is the 4 Tuesday of the month acceptable as long as
we run evening meetings. No concerns were voiced.
    b. Lobster drive by – No new information
    c. Canada Day - No new information
    d. Blanket Ceremony – We were looking for more information on this prior to making a

    b. Steve Fine Skin Cancer presentation – March 25 or April 15
Check out his information at Rotary Clubs Educational Outreach : skincheck.org.
As the presentation has a length of about ½ hour without questions we will have a
shortened meeting on the day chosen. Steve was given the choice of the two dates.
Steve offered April 22 or April 29 as possible viewing dates. Once the board has
approved the 22 as the date of the board meeting the 29 will be set as the
       presentation date
     c. Trade Show Friday, May 8 to May 10 The club has decided not to run a booth on
the floor but has agreed to offer to staff the admission gate. The club would get half
of the 50/50 proceeds and be allowed to sell Catch The Big One tickets in the lobby.
It was not clear whether or not we would be required to pay the $100 cost of a lobby
table or not. We also wondered if we would be selling 50/50 tickets on the floor and
lastly how many people would be required to work or a “shift”.
