– Round 9 Draw 21 – A ticket belonging to Julie Wannacott was pulled from the  drum today. This resulted in envelope #21 being opened
to reveal the ten of clubs. This means Julie will be invited to our next meeting to claim her consolation prize of $783.The jackpot will rise

6. Presentations: Darryl Shotton & Joan Brown to discuss dispersal of TPAHD (The Pas Association for Human Development) funds – Darryl
asked Rotary to receive funds which we would then forward to a specific organization who had completed a grant application
to TPAHD. Another sum would be given to the Tri-Communities Foundation. This would result in a yearly donation from the
foundation to both Rotary and Kinsmen. There was a very long discussion about this and concerns that accepting the funds under
the specified conditions may affect our registered charitable number. It was decided that Dion Bord would be invited to our
Board meeting next week to educate the board about possible risks. This took until 1:00 P.M. so the president decided to postpone
all other items until next week.
