          i. Glen Ross pulled John Bola’s ticket from the draw drum. This resulted in envelope #36 being opened to reveal the 10 of diamonds
         ii. Draw 16 on Dec 23. Tickets for Draw 17 handed out on Jan 16 with the draw taking place on Jan 13.
        iii. POS training session – When Denis gets back
         iv. Grub Box Days - Thurs, Dec 11- 11 to 4

10. New Business:
      a. Approve changes to Financial Assistance applications - The statement requiring a name of a potential new member has been softened. Copies of
          the form were distributed for approval which was done.

         b. Selling tickets & meeting – The club will have its last meeting of 2025 on Dec 23rd
              and its first meeting of 2026 on Jan 6th. CTBO draw # 16 will occur on Dec 23 with tickets for draw 17 distributed on Dec 16 and the

              draw taking place Jan 13
         c. Touques from CRS Marketing, I have messaged Devin seeking a cost of a comparable item. We will be going with Northern Stitchworx as a local

             supplier
         d. CJAR Christmas messages as per bulletin. The club decided to go with the 6 Christmas and 4 New Year’s messages
         e. Fred Wright membership letter. This was distributed at the meeting as an information item. The topic will be discussed in more detail later on .
