individuals with challenges. She mentioned that this is the 7th
annual Christmas party she has hosted for handicapped adults individuals in our community.

i. A ticket belonging to Glen Ross was pulled from the drum. Opening envelope 15 revealed the 2 of
diamonds. Glen claimed this week's consolation prize of $738 and the jackpot climbed to $16 776
for next week's draw on Dec 9. Coincidentally the entire draw was being filmed for posting on Facebook
by Margaret Ross. Glens wife.

9. Board of Directors Report: Inviting bank holding our accounts to present-
It was suggested and approved for Asia Melnyk to join a meeting to discuss
club accounts and options.
10. Unfinished Business:
a. New Home Search – It was approved for the club to meet at the A & W
for 3 weeks (or 4 if a month has 5 weeks) and hold one meeting at
Bjorndahl’s. It was suggested that the Bjorndahl’s date be fixed so both
locations can have confirmed dates in advance. Bjorndahl’s was
suggested as being the last Tuesday of the month.
b. Club labelling at A & W – A & W management is not keen on posting
something in the restaurant proper or on the windows. They are open to
placing some signage that Rotary meets there in the meeting room. Don
McKay looked through CRS Marketing products but nothing seems to
be suitable. We will probably need to go through Contempra unless
someone finds other options. IT was suggested that the rotary plaque on the
