The meeting started with the land acknowledgement.
We have no birthdays, no anniversaries, no makeups, no visiting Rotarians, one guest – Lisa Gibb
There is correspondence from the Ag Society, which will be distributed next week.
The next director’s meeting will be next week at 10:30.
President Don presented Lisa Gibb with $500 to go to the Manitoba Skills Competition. Lisa will be back on the 27th with a report of how our students fared.
Are we going to sponsor the yearbook this year? Last year we took out a full page ad.
We will be serving hot chocolate after the torchlite parade on February 14th. Peter does not think the parade should finish at the arena across, as there is poor attendance. He has emailed the Festival Board regarding this, and is awaiting a response.
Friendly reminder – Pay your dues!!!
President Don has copies of the letter we need to take to the RCMP for the Vulnerable Persons check.

Val Bersheid will be making a presentation on behalf of the Ag Society on January 30th
Lisa Gibb will be back on the 27th with a report from the Skills Competition.
The 1st draw of the next round of CTBO is March 5th.
Blair will be away until February 1st, if there are any issues with the flag, please contact Ken Kelly.
