a. Steve Fine Skin Cancer presentation – April 29 has been confirmed
Check out his information at Rotary Clubs Educational Outreach : skincheck.org.
As the presentation has a length of about ½ hour without questions we will have a
shortened meeting on this day.
b. Trade Show - Friday, May 8 to May 10 Did we decide to set up a table in the arena
to sell tickets at? I cannot remember and have not booked a table to do this. The
deadline for the $100 discount has passed is March 31. No new information
QUESTIONS WE NEED TO ASK - Do we need to pay for a $100 table in the lobby if
we are selling CTBO tickets there, number of people required to staff each “shift”. A
suggestion was made to sell lobster drive by tickets at this as well but I have not asked
about this yet. Once staffing is known a sign-up schedule will be set drafted if we are
the chosen group!
