b. Patronage coupon book. Further ideas were shared about the potential to do a local coupon book as a fundraiser beginning in the Fall of 2024 for sales around Christmas, with coupons to be available for use
starting January 2025. This would be a benefit to local restaurants to drive more business their way, as well as a good fund-raiser for our Club. Rotary Club of The Pas Meeting Minutes Tuesday, April 16th,

h. May 10 & 11 Rotary Conference Club event/fund raiser display- Don 12. Club Banners : The Club is awaiting information on new banners which Tim is looking into, and in the meantime we need to find the
banners we do have so that they can be used at any events, and even to set up where we are selling tickets so others see the work that Rotary is doing within our communities and beyond.
13. Exchange Student and RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) : Berlyn Gregoire has expressed interest in attending RYLA again this year. Julia indicated that we have 6 students who wish to attend the RYLA camp in Dauphin
this year (including Berlyn and another previous attendee, Jade Polischuk). Julia will check with the organizer and see if we can send all 6 as we do not want to
discourage young people who are interested. If we cannot have 6 spots, she will ask if there are other Clubs not using their full allocation and if we may use those
spots. Don McKay mentioned that 2025- 26 will be the first year that a previous RYLA attendee will become President of Rotary International – exciting news!
