a. Steve Fine Skin Cancer presentation – April 29 has been confirmed
Check out his information at Rotary Clubs Educational Outreach : skincheck.org.
As the presentation has a length of about ½ hour without questions we will have a
shortened meeting on this day.
b. Trade Show - Friday, May 8 to May 10 Did we decide to set up a table in the arena
to sell tickets at? I cannot remember and have not booked a table to do this. The
deadline for the $100 discount has passed, March 31. Cost is $336 Plus GST for a 8’ by 12” booth
No new information QUESTIONS Do we need to pay for a $100 table in the lobby if
we are selling CTBO tickets there, number of people required to staff each “shift”. A
suggestion was made to sell lobster drive by tickets at this as well but I have not asked
about this yet. I am anticipating that we will receive the go ahead from the chamber
to staff the event. Please sign up for some shifts of your choosing on the schedule that
will be sent around at the meeting. I am assuming one person at the door and 2 people
selling 50/50 tickets somewhere. We can adjust if staffing is different from this.
