Brian is the Chair of the Psychological Wellbeing Steering Committee, established by the Commissioner of Police to guide the development of strategies aimed at enhancing the psychological wellbeing of all QPS members.

Brian is also a member of the following committees: Joint Emergency Services Command Centre Project Board and Use of Force Review Working Party.
