Status:

Over 7800 families have been assisted. More than 100 ShelterBox Response Team members were deployed, this is more than any other disaster ShelterBox has responded to.

The region is now coming out of the emergency phase. Distributions are winding down and the Response Team is now focusing on monitoring and evaluation so that we can learn from beneficiaries and develop accordingly. This will allow us to better meet the needs of disaster affected communities.
