When and Where We Meet

We meet every Thursday morning from 6.45am to 8.00am at the Burleigh Heads Surf Life Saving Club. Our meetings are a relaxed mix of networking, community updates, guest speakers, and plenty of good humour.

  • Breakfast option: $20 (includes coffee or tea)

  • Attendance only: $5 (includes coffee or tea)

Guests and prospective members are always welcome — it’s the perfect way to see Rotary in action and experience the energy of our club.

Membership Fees

Annual membership for the current Rotary year is $285, which covers your Rotary International, Rotary District 9640 and Rotary insurance levies, along with a subscription to Rotary Down Under magazine, for the membership year from 1 July to 30 June.

A one-off joining fee of $50 also applies, which includes your Rotary Club of Burleigh Heads polo shirt and club cap to help you feel part of the team from day one.

If you join during the membership year, your annual fees will be pro-rated accordingly.

Becoming a Member

We take pride in making new members feel part of the family from day one.

Our induction process involves two simple steps:

  1. Application and Approval – Complete the short application form and meet with a club representative.

  2. Formal Induction – Once approved, you’ll be officially welcomed as a Rotarian within two weeks.

You’ll receive your Rotary pin, shirt, and an open invitation to get involved in projects that inspire you.
