Successful night held at the Disability Community Recognition Awards Dinner

Well what an amazing night it was as Burleigh Rotary held it's first ever Disability Community Recognition Awards Dinner. Great food & wine from the Burleigh Surf Club, great company and very interesting and moving speeches from all the special needs organisation representatives as well as Rotary and local dignitaries, DG Michael Irving, Councillor Pauline Young, MP Karen Andrews representative. All for a section of our local community that very rarely get recognised or rewarded.

All the nominees received a Framed Recognition Certificate as well as Vouchers to use at the Surf Club, so they were extremely pleased.
