Bonnie Ganske: Travel
Travel

Bonnie is the general manager for Thomas Cook/Marlin Travel. She has been in the travel business for 24 years. She was attracted to the field because it presented her with an opportunity to fulfill people's travel dreams.
She also enjoys the day-to-day contact with people and finds it gratifying to be part of planning a much-deserved holiday.
Thomas Cook/Marlin Travel offers full service travel arrangement for vacationing and business clients. These arrangements include taking care of airfares, package tours, cruises, coach tours, insurance, foreign currency, hotels and rental vehicles.
People who are flexible, sales and detail oriented and enjoy dealing with people would be best suited to this type of work.
Required education includes a travel diploma from an accredited travel program available at such post secondary institutions as SAIT or Grant McEwan College.
Anyone who is interested in a career in the travel industry could talk to Bonnie about working with one of the agents for Thomas Cook/Marlin Travel. Her own duties of administration and marketing do not lend themselves to working with a work experience student.
