Just last month our Surrey Rotaract Club rolled up our sleeves, grabbed our gloves, and got our hands dirty for a cause that truly matters—tree planting! Together with local volunteers and community partners, we a few of the native trees in a local park, helping to restore green spaces and create a lasting impact for future generations.

Beyond just digging and planting, the day was filled with laughter, teamwork, and the shared joy of giving back to the environment. Every tree we planted represents our commitment to sustainability and a healthier planet.

Trees clean the air, provide habitats, and fight climate change. Each one is a small but powerful step toward a more resilient world.

The Rotaract Club of Surrey hosted RotarX, a dynamic evening of networking, personal development, and inspiration. If great connections and delicious food weren’t enough, the event also featured an exciting speaker series covering a variety of impactful topics—including self-compassion, loving love, and many more ways to empower oneself and inspire others. 

In alignment with this year’s Rotary motto, “Be the Inspiration,” young local leaders took the stage to share their stories, offering valuable insights to motivate attendees. Beyond the speakers, the event provided a welcoming space for individuals from all walks of life to grow, learn, and connect.
