The Olds Rotary Club  makes a donation of $5000.00  to help build the Ronald McDonald House in Red Deer.

The Olds Rotary Club recently made a donation of $5000.00 this year and made a pledge for an additional $5000.00 next year to help build the Ronald McDonald House in Red Deer. The Ronald McDonald house will provide temporary local accommodation for families of ill children who are patients in the Red Deer Regional Hospital.  Many of these families are from central Alberta, and have had to travel significant distances to care for and visit their ill children.  This facility will provide local accommodation enabling families to remain close to their ill family members.
