Our August 23rd meeting was held at The Ridge as was a special night for Youth Exchange.
Our former inbound exchange student from Spain Sara is in Okotoks visiting with her family. They all joined us for our meeting along with the family of our outbound student to the Netherlands Abbi. Abbi leaves on exchange on Friday.

Agi and Jerry - 39 years on Saturday
Sharon and David - 40 years on Sunday
We also have one Rotary anniversary this week. Sharon joined the club one year ago Aug 24th.

I understand Jack is recovering nicely from knee surgery. He was seen at the golf course...though apparently not golfing.
Dr Cindy still has tickets for Ballet Folklorica which will be held at HTA on Sept 28.
John L gave a quick update on Lobster Boil which will be on Sept 30.
Chad is hoping to do YEX home inspections as soon as he has access to the YEAH database.
There was no program this week as everybody was entertained catching up with Sara and helping Abbi prepare for exchange.
Abbi leaves Friday at 15:25. We wish her the very best and hope to hear many wonderful stories when she returns to the club next summer.
