President Andrea Seiler of the PACE Rotray Club visited today to let us know how things are going with their Club and about their upcoming CHARTER NIGHT.

Some facts about the new club:
- First Meeting of the club March 25/2009
- PACE (Positive Action for Community Enhancement)
- Chartered December 14/2009
- Average age of membership is 30 years old.
- 50/50 split for gender
- Member comes from a very diverse back ground
- Currently have 26 members with new faces at the meeting each week
- Recruiting is currently by word of mouth (bring a friend)
- Charter Night Wednesday March 17, 2010 (St. Patrick's Day) at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $35.00, dress is casual. All are welcome. Contact Andrea at aseiler@mhc.ab.ca for your ticket. They are going fast. Only room for 150.
- Future plans are for sustainable fund raising projects. Currently partnering with other clubs such as Mexican Fiesta Night with Sunrise. Other projects may include partnering with Lions in Redcliff during Redcliff Days.

To date approximately 150 tickets sold. Clare is looking for more silent auction items. Currently has 40 items would like to have about 50. Bob Johnson from the Mexican Schools project will be in attendance and bring us an update on what's happening in Mexico. Should be great evening with Salsa Dancing, Silent Auction, Latin music and great food. Please let Bonnie know if you need more tickets by Thursday.
Les was late showing up for greeter duties (Thanks Sharla for helping). A fine was paid by Les being on Mexican time.
April gave cash customers a break charging only $12.00 rather than $13.00. The good honest Rotarians paid up.
Casino Date: July 12 -13/2010. Mark will be looking for volunteers.
