A road map to the future...

The focus of today's meeting was to review the strategic planning session held in November and facilitated by Karen Blewett (see details on ClubRunner).  The Agenda/activity consisted of:

 

  • Overview of strategic plan
  • Identify local initiatives
  • Prioritize the local initiatives
  • Decision making – who will do this and how?
  • Wrap up and next steps
  • Community request for $300 from Junior Achievement for sponsorship of Rock Paper Scissors tournament - Moved by Donna/Second Bonnie – Passed
  • We still need items for the Mexican Fiesta fundraiser – see Clare
  • Happy $$ - Renee, Bonnie, Judith (guest) & Glen
  • Draw - $16 Day $$ and $179 pot – Craig won the draw but pulled the 10 of spades
