Our Guest Speaker was Lisa James from the Schizophrenia Society of Alberta. Lisa gave a very informative talk on the programs of the society. The Unsung hero Program, The family Support Program and The Partnership Program.
Lisa works in the Partnership Program. She at times presents with a person who suffers from Schizophrenia. The partnership program promotes awareness and public education. Lisa gave a very informative power point presentation that outlined the early warning signs, causes, symptoms, various treatments and prognosis of Schizophrenia.
