Passing the Gavel...

Incoming President Sean Blewett accepts the Gavel from outgoing Club President Renee Herman at a ceremony including Rotary District 5360 Assistant Governors Dick Bide & Sharon Price.

The Induction Evening was held June 30th at the Cypress Centre with a good turnout of Rotarians and Partners in attendance.  The 2009-2010 Sunrise RC Officers & Directors are:

During the ceremony, Gerry and Lois handed out Perfect Attendance recognition to a number of Rotarians and we were fortunate to have local Rotarian, Past District Governor and current Chair of the Council On Legislation Representative for District 5360, Sandy MacKay joins us to bestow Paul Harris Fellowships on 3 Sunrise Rotarians - Renee Herman, Les Erickson, and Karen Charlton - very well done everyone!
