Dan reviewed the Sunrise website, outlining the specific links to officers, speakers, programs, news and upcoming events.  All information on the site is public, except for personal information and the email message centre, etc.  It outlines Rotary links, Club links, & Site pages.

Dan also reviewed the sign in process - log in and type password and the My Clubrunner links.  He highlighted the Email Message Centre, noting the steps:

1. compose new message

2. select distribution list or individual

3. upload attachment

4. send

The review was very enlightening to all members, especially for the few who have not used the site.

H.A.L.O. Rescue Helicopter

Bill Deerborn reported that this project is in dire need of additional funding or the project will not be in a position to continue.  Bill noted that it costs approximately $75,000 per month to keep the program running.  He reminded the members that H.A.L.O. is the only dedicated rescue helicopter servicing South Eastern Alberta and that local businessman, Les Little, has invested a large sum of money for the equipment.  Since funding is dependent on public donations, Bill asked that everyone do what they can to share the message.
