Legacy Project: The Legacy Project was brought up, mentioning that in the past two years, $13,000 was donated toward the Medicine Hat Hospital Courtyard project, and $17,000 toward the Alberta Summer Games. Discussion was that this might indicate how much the Club may have available for a legacy project.

Financial Statements: The annual financial statements will be presented at the next Board Meeting, subsequent to that, they will then be presented to the Club.

Strategic Planning: The information gathered from the Strategic Planning Session will be reviewed over the next month, for new members and to refresh everyone as to what was laid out at that session.

Board Meetings: Board Meetings will now be held at Entre-Corp, on the last Tuesday of every month at 4:30PM.

50/50: The 50/50 draw will be brought back to all meetings, including business meetings.

District Governor Visit: Our District Governor will be attending the Sept 1st Club Meeting.

Committees: An updated Committee List will be circulated via Club Runner for everyone to view.
