You Scream for Ice Cream

In conjunction with MH Family Service, this lip smackin' event is a GO for this weekend.  Syl promises good weather and we need a number of tasks to be filled to make this a fun & fundraising success for both groups.

Sobey's will let us set-up beginning at 10:00am. Ice cream sales and face painting will open at 11:00am and will go to 4:00pm ish.

Set Up crew (10am) will put up balloons, set up tables, freezer, set up draw prize area if we have any as well as the serving area.

Tasks you may be asked to do:

• Serve ice cream
• Take donations
• Staff the sprinkle table
• Get supplies from Sobeys when needed
• Set up/clean up
• Poster set up
• Set up/take down tables
• Help with face painting: NOTE: Shannon, MHFS Board Member, will take the lead with the face painting kiosk.
