"Seniors of Distinction" Award

Quentin Brehmer, a Saamis Rotary Club "senior statesman" of 34 years, was honoured for his many years of service to the community at the first annual "Seniors of Distinction" Award.

The ceremony was held on Friday, October 1 at the Valleyview Retirement Residence and was hosted by Age-Care, the owners of the centre. The award was presented by Len Mitzel, MLA, the Mayor, Norm Boucher and the Chief Executive of CHAT 6&3.

Quentin was recognized not only for his services to Rotary, Medalta Heritage Site and the United Way but for his efficiency, dedication and ethical approach to everything he does.
