June 20 Regular meeting Registration

Please pre-register for our upcoming Rotary Monday meeting. You can register for yourself and a guest (if applicable). Registration is open now until FRIDAY AT NOON. Please follow the link below that says REGISTER (your name), then click on MEMBERS, fill in your form and any guests you are bringing. YOU DO NOT NEED TO fill in the contact information. DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL.

The fee is $17 and you can pay by cash, debit, credit or with prepaid tickets purchased from Joanna. 

If you or your guest, require a special meal, please put that in the "COMMENT"  section of the form or contact Lynda Kavanagh lynda@wowcommunications.ca or 403-329-0179  THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE MEETING BY NOON. No registrations can be accepted after that deadline. Meal options are vegan, vegetarian, celiac, low carb and no seafood. 

No one will be turned away but those who do not register may have to wait for a meal to be cooked. The servers have asked us to identify those who will get a different meal by providing a sticky note to put by your place setting. 

If you are not comfortable with this type of online registration, please contact me by noon the Friday before our Monday meeting to register personally.
