Lake Sambell Boat Ramp reinvigorationThe Rotary Club of Beechworth with the support of Beechworth Sand and Soil (Evan Taylor) and Tim Goldsworthy (excavator and bobcat operator) continued the work to reinvigorate the boat ramp area of Lake Sambell. Cleaning up the area and placing river rocks under a bed of sand has leveled out the foreshore making it more user friendly for swimmers and water craft. There is more work to be done and our small club can always do with a helping hand.  |

Our Community Christmas Fun NightThanks to our sponsors and funds from our Club, we were able to provide free sausage sizzle and drinks. Thanks also to Beechworth Fire Brigade for bringing Santa on their firetruck. Also thanks to our Youth Exchange outgoing student Matilda Collins (France last year) for the adverting poster and for our club members team effort! Happy New Year everybody  |
