e are off and running for Australia’s Rotary 100 Baton Relay. D9640 NSW clubs joined together in Ballina last Saturday to plan our Centenary Celebrations.
It’s great to hear the enthusiastic discussions and ideas about celebrating 100 years of Rotary in Australia.
Many Rotary clubs in D9640 are dedicating the 100 relay to a cause that is most relevant to our communities in Australia. Our Rotary 100 Baton Relay Cause is "Rotary Says No to Domestic Violence."
PDG and International Service Chair Terry Brown also spoke about our District Resource Network. Club Development Chair David Baguley spoke about the wonderful Australia Day grant opportunity for clubs.
