A final farewell from the shores of Australia, overlooking Bryon Bay. I have proudly witnessed our student Théo be very involved in the community.
1. He has contributed to the Proms
2. and to the Carols as a performer. Both of these undertaking take a great deal of commitment to musical practice and theory, many rehearsals and then least of all, the performance itself.
3. He joined the sailing club, which sorely needed younger members, and encouraged other youths to participate as well.
4. He has participated in our Rotary Trivia Team throughout his time in Grafton, showing a large crowd each Wednesday night that we’re not just an old people’s club :)
5. Helping out at Bunnings BBQ’s, Book Sales and Birthing Kits Working Bee.
6. Rotary Conference and Assemblies attendance
7. He has been courteous at all times in his behaviour.
Theo was a delight to host and we wish him all the best for the future.
