NOTICE of our Club AGM
Please note that the AGM will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday 11/12/19 at Roches Hotel
The AGM will confirm the Directors’ and Treasurer’s reports for the Financial
Year ending 30 June 2019 as presented at 2019 Annual Changeover and will elect
the following positions:

- President-elect for 2021/22 (who will also be our vice-president in 2020/21),
- Secretary for 2020/21 and
- Treasurer for 2020/21, plus
- Directors for 2020/21 - Club Service, Membership, Service Projects, Youth, Rotary Foundation and Public Relations, as well as
- the non-board positions for 2020/21 - Sergeant, Bulletin Editor, Public Officer and Attendance Officer
At our 13/11/19 regular meeting nominations for the above positions were called for without success with the exception of Johannes Venter being nominated for Treasurer. If you have interest or would like to nominate for a position please contact Robert Blanchard.
